Introduction to Negotiations
As this year we will soon be going into negotiations for a new Collective Agreement, join Dr. Wendy Yao (Anesthesiology R1) as she interviews RDBC Executive Director, Mr. Harry Gray, on the basics of negotiations in BC, RDBC’s approach to negotiations, and expectations. President’s Letters
RDBC President Dr. Devon Mitchell (Emergency Medicine R2) has begun a weekly series of letters sent to the membership on Wednesday evenings. These letters, written by Dr. Mitchell, have discussed and will continue to discuss negotiations for the foreseeable future. If you have not had the chance to read them in your inbox, you can find them on our website.
RDBC Board of Directors Meeting
All RDBC members are invited to attend the Board meetings as observer guests. The next Board of Directors meeting is on March 16, 6:30 PM. If members would like to attend, please RSVP by March 9.
CMA Elections
The CMA election for the next President-elect is currently ongoing. The election will close March 15 at 4:30 pm PT and results will be shared March 18. If you are interested in viewing the candidate profiles and have not yet received your email from CMA to vote, visit their website.
