Peer-to-Peer Network
Residency can be challenging in so many ways. Whether you are adapting to living in a new city, or you are feeling overwhelmed with trying to find work-life balance, there is another resident, in or outside of your program that has dealt with similar challenges and understands what you are going through. UBC Resident Wellness Office established thePeer-to-Peer Network program to connect residents to their peers who have experienced the same situations and can offer informal support. You can join the program as either a “Peer Helper” or a “Peer Helpee.” Click HERE to learn more and to sign up.
