Does your fitness routine need a boost? Residents are hosting a series of workouts on Friday afternoons between 4 and 5 PM. Led by a kinesiologist, the routines will combine cardio and strengthening. Ideally all that is needed are a resistance band, mat, and dumbbells or a heavy household object, but options will be provided for body weight-only exercises for those who aren’t interested in purchasing gear. Sessions are scheduled for July 24th & 31st, August 7th, 14th, and 28th, September 4th, & 11th, and October 2nd, 9th, and 16th. Email email@example.com by midnight on Thursday for Meeting ID. Look forward to seeing you there!
