Movember Fundraiser Contest

Thank you to all our residents who participated in this year’s Movember. With your help, we have raised and donated $275 for men’s health—our biggest donation so far. Congratulations to Family Medicine – Surrey/South Fraser, Emergency Medicine – Fraser and Urology for bringing in their programs to participate in number and win a free lunch on us. The grand prize for the moustache entrants themselves is still available—and residents, you get to decide who wins! Vote on who you think has the best moustache on our website by Tuesday, December 8.

Resident Innovation Fund

There are less that two weeks to apply for project funding through our Resident Innovation Fund. The fund is awarded by RDBC to invest in resident projects, with up to four awards annually with a maximum of $2500 per award with one award per category. For more information on the fund and to apply, visit our website. Deadline is December 14, 2020.

Mask Up With a Free Mask

We’re pleased to announce that free, non-medical cloth masks for personal use are now available for residents. Our RDBC masks come in a simple black or grey, and we’re excited to see you wear them. Ask your program’s CoPR rep about where you can pick up yours!

Board of Directors Meeting

An RDBC Board of Directors meeting is coming up on December 9. All RDBC members are invited to attend the Board meetings as observer guests. Materials for each meeting can be found in the Members Only section closer to meeting dates. RSVP here.
