Resident Led Workout Sessions
Come join other residents for a fun group workout session facilitated by a kinesiologist this summer! On Friday afternoons, 4-4:45pm, at the Medical Student Alumni Center from July 1-Oct 1, 2019, residents will meet for some circuit training with stations utilizing resistance bands, plyometrics and body weight resistance. All levels of fitness are welcome, as you can do each station at your own pace. You can contact Peter van Stolk (pvanstolk@alumni.ubc.ca) if you have questions!
Resident Led Group Soccer
Come join your co-residents for a co-ed intramural recreational level soccer team this summer! Games are Tuesday evenings at Jericho Beach from July 2- Aug 27. Cost is $35 for the season.
