Resident-Led Workout Sessions
Come join other residents for a fun group workout session facilitated by a kinesiologist, for free! On Friday afternoons, 4-4:45pm, at the Medical Student Alumni Center until Oct 4, 2019, residents will meet for some circuit training with stations utilizing resistance bands, plyometrics and body weight resistance. All levels of fitness are welcome, as you can do each station at your own pace. You can contact Peter van Stolk (pvanstolk@alumni.ubc.ca) if you have questions!
Victoria Lunch & Learn & Social
Hey Victoria residents, we hope you’re hungry! We’ll be coming your way on Wednesday, September 18 for a Lunch & Learn, followed by dinner at 6:30 PM at Spinnakers Gastro Brewpub. Bring your spouse/partner/plus one and RSVP over on our website.

Resident Wellness Office: Support Group for Residents on Leave
Many Residents that have gone on a medical leave have described it as being a stressful and isolating experience and have wanted a way to connect with other Residents going through the same thing. The Resident Wellness Office has created a 4 week support group that meets once a week starting September 17. More info.
