Resident-Led Workout Sessions

Come join other residents for a fun group workout session facilitated by a kinesiologist, for free!

On Friday afternoons, 4-4:45pm, at the Medical Student Alumni Center until Oct 4, 2019, residents will meet for some circuit training with stations utilizing resistance bands, plyometrics and body weight resistance.  All levels of fitness are welcome, as you can do each station at your own pace.  You can contact Peter van Stolk (pvanstolk@alumni.ubc.ca) if you have questions!
