This year we will be going into negotiations for a new Collective Agreement. Join Dr. Wendy Yao (Anesthesiology R1) as she interviews RDBC Executive Director, Mr. Harry Gray, on the questions received on the last negotiations survey.
This is the second episode covering an introduction to negotiations.
RDBC will be communicating regularly in the next several weeks as all parties come to the table for this round of negotiations.
