ICRE 2020 Chief Residents – Dr. Brandon Tang

Congratulations to Dr. Brandon Tang for being selected as one of the four Chief Residents for ICRE 2020!

Dr. Brandon Tang currently sits on the Resident Doctors of BC Board of Directors. He is a second year Internal Medicine resident, who has previously served as an Official Observer, and been a member of the Joint Task Force and the Communications Committee. He co-chaired the Resident Doctors of Canada Practice Committee, advocating for National Physician Licensure as well as resident wellness through the Resident Anthology. He is passionate about improving the resident educational experience and hopes to continue advocating for these issues as a Director.

Dr. Tang will be joining three other residents from the USA and the UK, and will be representing Canada.

What is ICRE 2020?

ICRE is an annual International Conference on Residency Education hosted by The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. For 2020, it will be taking place in Vancouver, BC on September 24-26, 2020.
