Family Medicine – Kamloops PYOS Recap

The Family Medicine – Kamloops residents recently got together to host a Plan Your Own Social. Here is what they had to say:

“Over 3 days 12 residents and 12 Plus ones stayed at the beautiful Epona Rise Retreat centre in the hills around Sun Peaks Ski resort outside Kamloops BC. We had a variety of teaching events, self led wellness including board games, hiking, skiing, and cooked some delicious meals.

Some pros of the weekend were having individual cabins for families to stay in and having a large central common area for group time, which we used to play several board games. Some cons of the weekend were the timing of the weekend (shoulder season).”
