Celebrating Resident Awareness Week 2019

Hey, Residents, and happy Resident Awareness Week!

We will be active on social media all week posting resident awareness facts, so be sure to follow along with our Twitter and get engaged! On Saturday, February 9, we will be at the Canadian Blood Services hosting a tailgate party spreading awareness, as well as celebrating the success of our first ever Blood Drive. Join us in eating some warm food and chatting with the public about the role of residents in BC health care.

The week of February 4 – 8, 2019, has once again been officially declared as Resident Awareness Week in BC. You can find this year’s proclamation at our office, or view last year’s on our website.

Resident Doctors of Canada has released a letter for this year’s Resident Awareness Week, which you can find here.

Lastly, the “Ask Me, I’m a Resident” buttons have gone out to sites that requested them! If you want to get your hands on one, be sure to ask your CoPR rep!
