ANNOUNCING THE 2022 RESIDENT INNOVATION FUND RECIPIENTS

Hey, Residents!

Thank you to all who submitted applications for the Resident Doctors of BC 2022 Resident Innovation Fund, the aim of which is to provide funding for a broad range of resident-led initiatives to improve and enrich the resident experience.

We are pleased to announce that the 2022 Resident Innovation Fund has been administered in partnership with the Ministry of Health, who, in recognition of the innovative spirit presented by our residents, agreed to increase the awards to a total of $40,000.

The funds were awarded by the Resident Doctors of BC Awards Selection Committee and the Ministry of Health to invest in resident projects. Available monetary prizes for the selected projects available to Residents are:

  • 2 Prizes of $4500 from any category
  • 4 Prizes of $4500 each, one prize per category
  • 4 Prizes of $2500 each, one prize per category

We are happy to announce and congratulate the recipients in the these four categories:

For the projects that are judged to have the greatest potential impact on the lives of residents and/or the delivery of Health Care in BC.
