All RDBC members are invited to attend the Board meetings as observer guests. Interested members are invited to RSVP for the Board meeting a minimum of 1 week prior to the meeting. To allow for appropriate planning for meeting space, food orders, and providing meeting documents in advance, observer guests must RSVP for each meeting they would like to attend. Materials for each meeting can be found in the Members Only section closer to meeting dates.
