If at any point your treating practitioner recommends a reduction in workload, it will be granted. As a reminder 20.02(b)(v) ensures that call missed as a result of pregnancy does not need to be made up; however, you do need to meet the competencies required of your program. For example, if you take leave in block 7 you will need to complete block 8 through 13 and the workload related to those blocks on your return. You do need to meet any competency missed while workload was reduced prior to leave. This should not result in “make-up call”.
