Provision for Immunization Explainer

You must provide a history of immunizations for: hepatitis B, measles, mumps, rubella and DPT unless a Resident's physician has advised in writing that such a procedure may have an adverse effect on the Resident's health.

If you have not been vaccinated or need a booster you can get them at an employer clinic.

If you are exposed to infectious communicable diseases for which a proven protective immunization is available it will be provided at no cost at an employer clinic.
