Our Victoria Psychiatry Residents got together to host a Plan Your Own Social. Here is what they had to say:

"This was a local end-of-the-year retreat and handover event for senior residents to share the expectations for the next year, things to prepare for, and ways to optimize learning. The residents really enjoyed being able to get away and socialize for an extended period of time. I found that many of the residents remained in their pre-existing cliques and chose to stay in the same cabin to promote more social interactions between the years outside of the two pre-scheduled events (dinner and handover)."
