Residents play a large part in the education of junior learners. Residents as Teachers (RaT) aims to support residents’ development as teachers and spark their early and continued interest in medical education.

Residents can participate in the program by completing five topics (3 mandatory, 2 additional) which are available through interactive workshop or guided self-directed learning:

Mandatory topics – complete all (live sessions)

Clinical reasoning and collaborative questioning | REGISTER HERE

Supplementary topics – complete at least 2 (live sessions or self-directed learning)
