Audience: Rural healthcare teams in BC. Teams must be interprofessional and at least 20 percent of the team must consist of physicians.
Overview: Quality Team Coaching for Rural BC (QTC4RBC) is a coaching program led by Drs. Rahul Gupta, Cecile Andreas, and Tom Wright that empowers rural healthcare teams to regroup, reconnect with their purpose, and build their desired team culture.
When teams rekindle joy and meaning in their work, they create positive work environments, optimize performance, and increase the quality and safety of patient care.
