Overview: The Interior Health Family Physician Virtual Open House is an opportunity for residents and practicing physicians to explore current and upcoming Family Physician opportunities across British Columbia’s Interior region. This recruitment-focused event highlights a variety of practice settings, including urban, rural, urgent and primary care centres, longitudinal family practice, and flexible FTE arrangements.
Attendees will gain valuable insight into practice opportunities, compensation structures, team-based care models, and physician supports. Residents will also hear directly from some recently recruited Family Physicians who will share their experiences transitioning into practice, choosing a community, and building their careers within Interior Health.
By attending, residents can connect with recruiters in real time, ask questions about career pathways and community fit, and better understand the lifestyle, professional growth, and support opportunities available throughout Interior Health communities.
