Overview: This interactive workshop is open to all VCH staff and medical staff and is designed to strengthen practical inclusion skills. This session equips participants to help advance equitable patient care and inclusive workplaces as part of VCH’s Accessibility Plan. Participants will explore accessibility fundamentals, key disability frameworks, practical solutions to common barriers, and hands-on strategies to foster inclusive communication and workplaces across VCH.
