Resident Doctors of BC has four full-time staff to handle day-to-day operations of the office and assist the Board of Directors and committees with governing the association.

Harry Gray

Executive Director

The Executive Director is responsible for the vision, mission and strategy of Resident Doctors of BC. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization, including managing staff, member services and various committees. He works closely with the Board of Directors to develop the organization’s plans, to govern and manage its initiatives. The Executive Director ensures all projects and services are not only in line with the organization’s strategic plan and mission statement, but are cost effective and time efficient. He is also a member of the Bargaining Team, and assists residents with academic matters.


Brandi MacLean

Events/Office Administrator

Brandi plans the association’s events, including socials, site visits and professional workshops, and processes the Plan Your Own Social applications. She administers the call stipend and meal allowances for residents, and is staff support for the Health & Wellness Committee and Council of Program Representatives.

Project Administrator

Leave replacement for Michelle Seymour. Geeta supports for the Advocacy Committee and Governance Committee by coordinating meetings and implementing their initiatives. She assists in the maintenance of the website and social media accounts, and administers other association projects as needed.


Michelle Seymour – On Leave

Project Administrator

Michelle oversees many of Resident Doctors of BC’s projects and initiatives, and is administrator of the website and social media, as well as staff support for the Advocacy Committee and  Governance Committee.  She is currently on leave until August 2017.

Rose Mani

Finance / Office Administrator 

This position takes care of the association’s finances and is the staff support for the Finance Committee. This person organizes many of the association’s educational workshops, and provides assistance to residents who have concerns or questions about their program, the Collective Agreement, benefits and more.



Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant administers the call stipend for residents and is primary contact for everything call-related.  In addition, the position provides support to the Executive Director and serves as staff support for one or more committees of the Board of Directors.
